Today we went to the workroom to learn about some different food groups like the Legumes, Brassica, Leafy Greens and more. I also learned that the peanut, isn't actually a nut but it is just a normal legume because a nut would have one seed and the peanut has 2 so that makes it a legume. The name of the lady that taught us about food 4 thought is Jemma. We also played a quick game where we had to test our skills of food eating and the trick was we needed to eat a part of a food but we needed to be blindfolded and we need to guess what food it is.
